This Agreement constitutes the complete and only agreement between us and you and supersedes all other prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties and understandings. To reflect any changes in the manner and conditions of operation of the Site or any changes in legal requirements, we may modify this Agreement at any time and from time to time without specific notice or notice to you. The document is binding on Members from the time of posting on the Site. In the event of any such modification, we will post the modified version of the document on the Site, which is why we ask that you periodically check the contents of this document to be aware of the latest changes and updates. The date of this Agreement is updated at the end of this session.

Definition of concepts used
enjoysailing.ro – este denumirea platformei online ce aparţine “Enjoy Sailing SRL”, cu sediul social în Olimp, Jud. Constanța, înregistrată la Oficiul Registrului Comerțului sub nr. J2017003568130, CUI 38413926.
Agreement - an agreement between two or more natural or legal persons.
Consumer - any natural or legal person registered on the Site, who, by browsing or purchasing services on enjoysailing.ro, has agreed to the Site's specific clauses in the Terms and Conditions section.
Website - online platform hosted at the web address enjoysailing.ro and its subdomains.

Copyrights
The organization, content, design, design, graphics and other materials associated with this Site are protected by applicable copyright and other proprietary laws, including, without limitation, intellectual property laws. The copying, reproduction, use, modification or publication, in whole or in part, of any aspect or any part of the Site, without our prior written consent, is strictly prohibited.

Payment
In the case of online payments "Enjoy Sailing SRL" is/cannot be held responsible for any additional costs incurred by the Consumer, including but not limited to fees applied by the bank issuing the card. The responsibility for this action is borne solely by the Consumer.
"Enjoy Sailing SRL" does not request from its Members by any means of communication (e-mail/ telephone/ SMS/ etc) any information related to confidential data, bank accounts/ bank cards or personal passwords. The consumer assumes full responsibility for disclosure of his/her confidential data to a third party.
"Enjoy Sailing SRL" disclaims any liability in the event that a Consumer would be/is harmed in any way by a third party claiming to be/represent the interests of "Enjoy Sailing SRL".

Service delivery

Data și locul prestării serviciilor sunt menționate în pagina fiecărui curs sau eveniment. Vă rugăm să verificați aceste informații înainte de finalizarea comenzii.

Cursurile pot fi reprogramate sau decalate în situații independente de organizator, precum:

• condiții meteo nefavorabile,
• indisponibilitatea temporară a reprezentanților Autorității Navale Române (ANR),
• număr insuficient de participanți (minim 10 persoane pentru desfășurarea unei grupe).

În aceste cazuri, participanții vor fi anunțați în timp util și vor putea opta pentru reprogramarea cursului la o altă dată disponibilă.

Condiții de anulare – Cursuri de permis barcă

În cazul înscrierii la cursurile de pregătire pentru obținerea permisului de navigație, sumele achitate nu se restituie, indiferent de motivul neparticipării.

Taxa achitată acoperă costurile administrative, rezervarea locului, materialele de curs și planificarea instruirii.

Totuși, în situații justificate, participarea poate fi reprogramată la o altă sesiune de curs, în limita locurilor disponibile, sau poate fi transferată unei alte persoane, cu informarea prealabilă a școlii.

Condiții de anulare – eveniment SailOnSea Grecia

În cazul retragerii din participare, te rugăm să ne anunți în scris cât mai curând posibil.
Avansul achitat pentru rezervarea locului nu este rambursabil, acesta fiind utilizat pentru blocarea ambarcațiunilor și organizarea logistică a evenimentului.

Restul sumei poate fi returnat după cum urmează:

• Anulare cu mai mult de 60 de zile înainte de plecare: se restituie 50% din suma achitată (exclus avansul).
• Anulare cu mai puțin de 60 de zile înainte de plecare: suma achitată nu se restituie.

În caz de imposibilitate de participare, locul poate fi transferat unei alte persoane, cu informarea prealabilă a organizatorului.

Delete and Edit
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to edit or delete any documents, information or other content appearing on the Site, including this Agreement, without any notice or liability to you.

Litigation
By accessing the Website, the user accepts the Terms and Conditions of Use.
The Terms and Conditions of use of the Website, the rights and obligations of users, as well as any misunderstandings or disputes that may arise in relation to the content or the functioning of the Website are governed by Romanian law.

In case of possible conflicts between "Enjoy Sailing SRL" and the users of the Website, we will first try to resolve them amicably within at least 30 working days. If the amicable settlement will not be possible, it will be tried to find a solution without resorting to the courts, by using the online platform https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr/main/index.cfm?event=main.home.show&lng=RO provided by the European Commission. If none of the previous ways have led to a solution, the conflict will be settled in the competent court in accordance with the Romanian laws in force.
