Registration of boats
Order no. 1079/2014 for establishing the procedures for the record and registration of recreational craft, technical conditions and manning them with seagoing personnel and the approval of economic operators for the conduct of water recreational activities.
You've bought it, register it or list it!
- The standard application (which may optionally include three proposed names);
- Title to the craft and the engine(s)/engines powering the craft, with the mention to enclose also the certificates of conformity for the craft and the engine(s)/engines;
- The initial inspection report for the registration of the recreational craft issued by the harbor master / harbor office / technical inspectorate;
- Certificate of registration/certificate of incorporation issued by the competent authority or the normative or administrative act of establishment for legal persons or official documents proving nationality and domicile or residence for natural persons (identity card), as appropriate;
- Proof of tax registration of the recreational craft or proof of tax exemption, as applicable;
- Two photographs of the recreational craft, type 13/18 cm, from the gunwale and stern, highlighting the identification of the craft;
- The document issued by the competent authority of the State in which the recreational craft was previously registered/registered, certifying that the recreational craft has been de-registered/ de-registered, or the sworn notarial declaration by the notary containing the identification data of the recreational craft and certifying that the recreational craft is not registered/registered in that State, as appropriate.
